These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and uokk governing your access to and use of the platform, including all games, betting services, payment facilities and promotional offers.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use the uokk platform. uokk strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. uokk may request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle and may suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
1General Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to register and use the uokk platform, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person (corporate entities may not register as players); (c) register in your own name using accurate and complete personal information; (d) not be registered as a self-excluded player on uokk or any related platform; and (e) not be an employee, contractor or family member of an employee of uokk or any of its partner companies.
2Restricted Jurisdictions
The uokk platform is not available to residents of, or persons located in, any jurisdiction where the offering of online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law. Restricted jurisdictions include but are not limited to:
- The United States of America and its territories
- The United Kingdom (where a separate licence would be required)
- France and French territories
- Any other jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law
3Verification Rights
uokk reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by uokk, including government-issued identification, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by uokk may result in account suspension and the freezing of any pending withdrawal requests.
3. Account Registration and Security
1One Account Per Person
Each individual may register only one account on the uokk platform. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all accounts held by the same individual, the forfeiture of any account balance, and the cancellation of any pending bonuses or withdrawals. 2Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your uokk account and must maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the platform. uokk reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading or incomplete. Changes to your registered information must be made by contacting [email protected].
3Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uokk login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. uokk will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify uokk immediately at [email protected] and change your password.
4Account Closure
You may request closure of your uokk account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements. uokk reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or conduct that puts the integrity of the platform at risk.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
1Deposits
All deposits to your uokk account must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. uokk accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits credited to your uokk account are intended for use on the platform only and may not be treated as a financial investment or interest-bearing instrument. uokk does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency or any payment method not listed in the Cashier section of your account.
2Withdrawals
To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete). Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. uokk aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times:
- bKash and Nagad: 5–10 minutes during standard operating hours
- Rocket and Upay: up to 30 minutes during standard operating hours
- Visa and Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank
3Withdrawal Restrictions
Funds that have been credited to your account as a bonus and are subject to wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. uokk reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or a chargeback dispute initiated by the account holder. Any costs associated with reversing a fraudulent withdrawal will be charged to the account holder.
4Currency
The uokk platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses and transaction records are denominated in BDT. If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, the deposited amount will be converted to BDT at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. uokk is not liable for any foreign exchange losses arising from such conversions.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
1General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers available on the uokk platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only. All other provisions of these Terms continue to apply.
2Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will remain in your bonus balance and may not be withdrawn. uokk reserves the right to remove bonus funds from an account if the wagering requirement has not been completed within the stated validity period.
3Bonus Abuse
uokk takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk or mathematically certain betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; collusion with other players to exploit promotional offers; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, uokk reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the account and recover any funds already withdrawn.
4Changes and Withdrawal of Promotions
uokk reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before you have completed the associated wagering requirement, uokk will assess each case individually and may, at its sole discretion, allow a reasonable period to complete outstanding wagering or return the original deposit amount.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uokk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and legal action where applicable.
- Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit written consent
- Using automated bots, scripts, software or any artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through or in connection with the uokk platform
- Colluding with other players to exploit game mechanics, bonus structures or promotional offers
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy or otherwise misappropriate any part of the uokk platform's software or content
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC verification or in any communication with uokk support
uokk monitors platform activity continuously and uses automated and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above will trigger an immediate investigation, during which the relevant account(s) may be suspended pending the outcome.
7. Responsible Gaming
1Platform Tools
uokk provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. You are encouraged to use these tools proactively to manage your gaming activity. Reducing a deposit limit or activating a cooling-off period takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory review period. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
2Age Verification Obligation
uokk enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Age verification may be requested at registration and at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle. Players who cannot demonstrate compliance with the age requirement will have their accounts permanently closed and any balance forfeited. uokk uses technical and procedural safeguards to prevent underage access, including parental controls guidance available via the Responsible Gaming page.

8. Intellectual Property
1Ownership of Platform Content
All content on the uokk platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, data compilations and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of uokk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
2Restrictions on Use
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or otherwise exploit any content from the uokk platform for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of uokk. Any unauthorised use of uokk's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
1Platform Availability
uokk endeavours to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, third-party service disruptions and events beyond uokk's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. uokk will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by planned or unplanned platform downtime.
2No Warranty
The uokk platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. uokk does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, virus-free or free from other harmful components.
3Cap on Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uokk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your uokk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit uokk's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Amendments and Governing Law
1Amendments
uokk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material amendments, uokk will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users in advance. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to uokk's operations.
