About uokk — Bangladesh's Home for Online Gaming

Our Story

uokk was founded with a single, clear purpose: to give players in Bangladesh a genuinely local online gaming experience — one that does not ask them to use foreign payment methods, struggle with slow interfaces on budget Android phones, or wade through content designed for a completely different market. From day one, the team behind uokk understood that Bangladesh is not just another geography to serve; it is a distinctive market with its own sporting passions, its own payment infrastructure, and its own expectations around trust and transparency.

The platform launched with a core product that covered what Bangladeshi players care about most: BPL and international cricket betting, a live casino powered by world-class providers, and a slot lobby featuring titles from Pragmatic Play and other leading studios. What made uokk different from the outset was not just the game selection but the entire user journey — from the moment a player in Dhaka opens the site on a Grameenphone connection to the moment a bKash withdrawal lands in their mobile wallet. Every step of that journey has been optimised for the Bangladesh context specifically.

Since launching, uokk has expanded its product range steadily — adding fishing arcade games, crash titles, and expanded live casino lobbies — while maintaining the principle that every new feature must work well on the mobile devices and network conditions that Bangladesh players actually use. The platform is built mobile-first and will remain that way. Players in Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Mymensingh and Cox's Bazar get the same quality experience as those in central Dhaka, because the platform is designed around connectivity realities rather than ideal broadband conditions.

Our Mission and Values

uokk is guided by five core values that shape every decision — from how the platform is built to how the customer support team responds to a withdrawal query at midnight.

• 🏏

  Local First

Every product decision starts with the Bangladesh player in mind — from BPL cricket odds to bKash instant deposits. We are not an international platform adapted for Bangladesh; we are a Bangladesh platform from the ground up.

• 🔒

  Trust and Security

SSL encryption, fair-play certified game outcomes and transparent terms protect every player. We believe trust is earned through consistent, honest operation — not claimed through marketing language.

• ⚡

  Speed and Reliability

Deposits credit in under 60 seconds. Withdrawal requests process in 5–10 minutes for mobile wallets. The platform loads quickly on 4G connections across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet and every other city in Bangladesh.

• 🤝

  Responsible Gaming

uokk provides deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion tools to every player — not buried in settings but accessible directly from the account menu. Responsible gaming is a platform design principle, not an afterthought.

• 📱

  Mobile-First Always

The entire uokk experience is designed for Android and iOS mobile devices. No app download required. The interface works on budget smartphones, handles portrait orientation naturally, and performs consistently on standard Bangladeshi 4G data plans.

How uokk Has Grown

The uokk journey from a focused launch product to a full-service gaming platform has been driven by listening to what Bangladesh players actually want.

• 1

Platform Launch — Cricket and Slots Core

uokk launched with cricket betting and a curated slot lobby as its two core products, supported by bKash and Nagad from day one. The mobile-first architecture was a founding decision, not a retrofit.

• 2

  Live Casino Integration

Evolution Gaming and Ezugi live dealer content was added to the platform, giving Bangladesh players access to real-time table games including Andar Bahar and Dragon Tiger — two formats with strong local appeal.

• 3

  Fishing and Crash Games Added

Jackpot Fishing, Super Fruit Machine and other arcade and crash titles were introduced, responding to strong player demand for quick, high-energy game formats that suit mobile play during short breaks.

• 4

  Ongoing — Player-Led Development

uokk continues to develop its platform based on direct feedback from its Bangladesh player community. New payment methods, game providers and responsible gaming tools are evaluated against a single standard: does this make the experience better for players in Bangladesh?

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

uokk takes responsible gaming seriously as a platform-level commitment, not a compliance checkbox. Deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion tools are available to every player directly from the account settings menu — they are designed to be easy to find and easy to use. Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps at any time; reductions take effect immediately. The self-exclusion tool allows any player to suspend their account immediately for a period of their choosing, and that suspension cannot be reversed during the chosen duration. uokk strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement — age verification is conducted at registration and may be requested again during account review.

If you ever feel that your gaming activity is affecting your daily life, finances, or relationships, please use the responsible gaming tools in your account settings or contact our support team at [email protected]. Our support team will treat your situation with complete confidentiality and will connect you with the self-exclusion and limit tools that are most appropriate for your circumstances. Gambling should always be entertainment — and uokk is committed to keeping it that way for every player on the platform.
